We never receive or store your card number. Payments are handled entirely by our payment providers.
Who we share it with
Only with processors who need it to run the service: our payment providers, our hosting provider, and any anti-cheat or moderation service we use. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
- Account data: for as long as your account exists, and a short period afterwards.
- Connection and moderation logs: no longer than we need them for security and moderation.
- Ban records: as long as the ban is in force, and afterwards where needed to enforce it.
- Purchase and invoice records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in applicable data protection law, you may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to our processing of it, or provide it in a portable format. You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and you may complain to your national supervisory authority.
Deleting your account does not delete records we must keep by law, such as invoices, or records needed to enforce a ban.
Cookies
We use cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you logged in and to secure forms. We do not use advertising cookies. If we ever add analytics, we will ask for your consent first.
Children
The service is not directed at children under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact matijacolic2011@gmail.com and we will delete it.
Transfers outside your country
Our providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens we rely on the transfer safeguards permitted by applicable law.
